Know Your Numbers
Before Your Accountant Does.

ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy calculated from your real stay data, with an automated night audit closing out the day at 3 AM IST — no manual reconciliation.

Real Metrics, Not Estimates.

Every number here is computed from your actual bookings, stays, and rate plans.

Automated Night Audit, 3 AM IST

Posts room charges, marks no-shows, and rolls your business date forward automatically every night — no manual close-out required.

Real ADR

Average Daily Rate calculated from actual revenue and rooms sold for whatever date range you're looking at.

Real RevPAR

Revenue Per Available Room — factoring in unsold inventory, not just what got booked — for a true read on property performance.

Guest & Booking Breakdowns

New vs. returning guest counts, stay-duration distribution, and booking source split (direct, walk-in, OTA) — all from real stay data.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly does the night audit do?

It runs automatically every day at 3:00 AM IST: posts room charges to every currently checked-in stay's folio (skipping already-prepaid bookings so nothing double-bills), marks no-shows for reservations that never checked in, and rolls your hotel's business date forward — all without anyone needing to stay up for it.

How is ADR calculated?

Average Daily Rate = total room revenue in the selected period ÷ total rooms sold in that period. It's a real calculation from your actual stay and rate-plan data, not an estimate.

How is RevPAR calculated?

Revenue Per Available Room = total revenue in the period ÷ total available room-nights (your room count × number of days). Unlike ADR, RevPAR accounts for unsold rooms too, so it reflects overall property performance, not just the rooms that got booked.

Is occupancy a live number or does it update on a delay?

It's calculated directly from active stays against your total room count for today, this week, and this month — not a delayed batch report.

What else does the Reports tab show beyond ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy?

New vs. returning guest counts, a stay-duration breakdown (1 night, 2-3 nights, 4-7 nights, 8+ nights), booking source split (direct website, walk-in, OTA), cancellation rate, and average booking lead time.
