Antena is a product operated by Nextgenya Solutions LLP.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Antena platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Antena provides a cloud-based software platform that enables businesses to manage operations such as:

  • bookings
  • inventory
  • customer data
  • analytics
  • other operational workflows

Antena is a software tool only and does not operate the businesses using the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining account security
  • ensuring accuracy of information entered
  • complying with applicable laws
  • managing their own customers and transactions

Antena is not responsible for how businesses use the platform.

4. Free Trial & Subscription

When you create a new website on Antena, it is provisioned in a free trial for 45 days from the date of creation. During the trial, you have full access to build, preview, and operate your site.

Before the trial period ends, you must select and pay for a subscription plan to keep your website live and accessible to your customers. No payment is collected automatically at the end of the trial — you will be prompted to choose a plan.

If no subscription is active when the trial ends, your site will be archived and taken offline. Archived sites may be reactivated by subscribing to a plan, subject to system availability.

5. Payments and Financial Transactions

Antena may integrate with third-party payment providers. All financial transactions are processed by third-party payment gateways.

Antena does not process, store, or control user payment funds.

Depending on the billing cycle and options you select, your subscription may renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can view, manage, or cancel auto-renewal from your dashboard at any time before the next billing date.

Users are responsible for compliance with financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.

6. Site Content, Naming & Acceptable Use

6.1 Your Content. You retain ownership of the business content you upload or create using Antena — including your business name, photos, menus, descriptions, and other branding material. You grant Antena a limited license to host, display, and process this content solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Subdomain & Naming. When creating a website, you select a subdomain (for example, yourbusiness.antenapro.com). Certain subdomains are reserved for Antena's own platform infrastructure and services (including but not limited to names like staff, admin, api, and support) and are not available for selection. Antena reserves the right to reclaim or reject any subdomain that infringes a third party's trademark, impersonates Antena, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

6.3 Acceptable Use. You may not use Antena to publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. Antena reserves the right to suspend or remove any site that violates this policy.

7. Platform Availability

Antena aims to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The platform may experience downtime due to:

  • maintenance
  • technical issues
  • third-party service failures

Antena shall not be liable for business losses caused by such interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antena shall not be liable for:

  • loss of profits
  • business interruption
  • data loss
  • indirect or consequential damages

Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.

9. Account Termination

Antena may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

  • violate these terms
  • misuse the platform
  • engage in illegal activity

Users may also terminate their accounts at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform software, designs, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of Antena. Users may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the platform. Ownership of the business content you upload is addressed separately in Section 6 (Site Content, Naming & Acceptable Use).

11. Modifications

Antena may modify the service or these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
