Antena is a software tool only and does not operate the businesses using the platform.

Antena is not responsible for how businesses use the platform.
4. Payments and Financial Transactions

Antena does not process, store, or control user payment funds.
Users are responsible for compliance with financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
5. Platform Availability
Antena aims to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
The platform may experience downtime due to:

Antena shall not be liable for business losses caused by such interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antena shall not be liable for:

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
