Antena is a product operated by Nextgenya Solutions LLP.

1. General Policy

Antena provides software services on a subscription basis. All payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

2. Free Trial

New websites include a 45-day free trial with full access to build and preview your site. No payment is required during the trial, and no charges are made until you actively select and pay for a subscription plan.

If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your site will be archived and taken offline. Since no payment is collected during the trial, no refund applies to this period.

3. Subscription Charges

Subscription fees grant access to the platform for the selected billing period.

Once a billing cycle begins, fees for that period are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not result in refunds for the current billing period.

5. Third-Party Charges

Payments processed through third-party services (such as payment gateways) are subject to the policies of those providers.

Antena is not responsible for processing refunds related to third-party services.

6. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases, Antena may issue refunds at its sole discretion.

Such decisions are final.
