Antena is a product operated by Nextgenya Solutions LLP.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Antena ("Antena", "we", "our", or "us"). Antena provides a cloud-based software platform that helps businesses manage operations such as bookings, customer management, analytics, and related business activities.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform, websites, and services, and is intended to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable data protection laws. By accessing or using Antena services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2.3 Data From Your Customers (End-Users)
When you use Antena to operate a website — for example, a hotel or restaurant — your own customers (such as guests or diners) may submit personal information, such as name, contact details, or booking information, directly through your site. In this relationship, you (the business) act as the data controller for that information, and Antena acts only as a data processor providing the technical infrastructure to store and manage it on your behalf. You are responsible for your own compliance with applicable privacy laws with respect to your customers' data, including obtaining any consents required.
2.4 Antena Terminal Staff App — Biometric, Location, Camera & Attendance Data
Antena Terminal is our staff-facing mobile/tablet app, used by a Merchant's employees to run day-to-day operations (attendance, orders, housekeeping, delivery). Because it runs on shared staff devices, it may process the following additional data:
- Facial-recognition (biometric) data — whether Face ID attendance is used, and whether it is required, is decided by the Merchant (the employer). Where it is enabled, the app creates a mathematical "faceprint" (a numeric descriptor) to verify an employee at clock-in and clock-out. This is sensitive personal data. The camera image is processed on the device and is never uploaded — only the numeric descriptor is stored, over an encrypted connection. A faceprint is enrolled only after the employee gives explicit in-app consent, and it can be deleted on request.
- Precise location — captured at the moment of an attendance punch, and shared live during active delivery runs so customers can track their order. Location is accessed only with device permission and can be declined.
- Camera & photos — the camera is used for Face ID verification; staff may also capture operational verification photos (for example, housekeeping room-cleaning confirmation).
- Employee & attendance data — employee identifier, name, role, attendance records, and, where the Merchant provides them, payroll documents such as salary summaries and payslips.
Sensitive data such as biometric information and precise location is collected only where the Merchant has enabled the relevant feature and appropriate notice and consent have been provided, consistent with India's DPDP Act, 2023.
